Had my first appointment at Specs today and it was great. Everyone I talked to was polite and friendly. Receptionist were super welcoming. The lady helping me pick out frame was helpful and super patient while I tried on a lot of frames. The Dr and tech were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable.

Really friendly customer service I was very impressed by the friendliness and the eagerness to help me find a great pair of eyeglasses as I’ve never worn any before and Dr. Hayden was very very helpful I would highly recommend specs

 I took my 3 kids (ages 10, 7 and 5) here after spending way too much at IEC, I wanted to try some place different. These folks are amazing. They are patient with kids and the office visits for all 3 went so fast! We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. I will be switching the entire family over to SPECS.
